Thanksgiving Week Lunch (November 21s t – 26th)

New Amsterdam – 15€ 
Pumpkin – Chestnut Soup
Herbed pastry “autumn leaves”
Salad with apples, walnuts and celery

Shanghai – 18€
Chicken breast rolled and stuffed
with fresh coriander and preserved lemon
Braised pumpkin and whipped broccoli

New Orleans – 16€
A cajun bake of turkey and sweet potatoes
Cranberry chutney
Salad with light Tabasco, hazelnut vinaigrette

North Carolina – 18€
Warm cornmeal fritters, with mild garlic and red pepper
Smoked salmon on a bed of greens
Corn, tomato, red onion relish with avocado
and fresh tarragon

Tourte Thanksannina – 15€
Individual baked farm chedder and chive omelette
Salad with balsamic & fresh ginger dressing

Thursday November 24th

– Marie’s Thanksgiving Scone, with cranberry preserves and crème fraîche

– Old Fashioned Apple Sauce (with spices, but no added sugar)
